When you put ct's on do most people put tubes in?

Welcome
You will need to use a tube on a spoked wheel, unless you seal it. Tubeless motorcycle rims do not need a tube with a car tire.
If you want information on sealing your spoked rim do a search for "3M 5200", Wayne did a great write up here for it a while back. thumbup
